Clayton Colin Creed
September 23, 1963 – April 5, 2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Clayton.

Clayton was born to Leslie and Alice Creed of Kenora, Ontario. He was their fourth son and he was supposed to be a ‘girl’.

Clayton was predeceased by his mother Alice. Left to mourn are his father Leslie, his brothers Albert (Vicki), Leslie and Brent. His niece Haylee and nephews Laird, Chad (Bethany), James (Sarah) and Isiah.

Clayton made a life for himself in Southern, Ontario as that is where he was employed by Bell Media for 35 years. Because Clayton lived so far away from family, he chose a family in Southern Ontario. So he also leaves to mourn, brother Troy (Susan) Faux, nephews Jake, Luke and friend Shara. Troy says, “He was by my side for 40 years, friend, brother, mentor and protector.

Clay loved family dearly and had plans to retire in Kenora. Hunting and fishing were the hobbies he loved to do outdoors, but indoors he loved glass etching and making music with his brother Troy.

Clay’s advice to the living, “Do the things you love today, as tomorrow isn’t promised.”

Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service at this time.
