Is it too weird to order just bread at a restaurant?

Yesterday when we were at McDonald’s I ordered an unusual item. I was like can you charge me for the cheapest burger and take out the meat, sauce, lettuce and cheese and just give me bread. Before you judge me, the reason I did it was I ran out of bread at home and was too lazy to go to a store. What is the most unusual thing you saw someone order at a restaurant?
