Road and sidewalk improvements will begin on Fourteenth Avenue North.
All roads will be closed to traffic and pedestrians starting Monday, July 15.
The work will be completed in two phases, one taking place between Eighth Street North and Sixth Street North, the second extends up to Ninth Street North.
Detour routes will be in place and only local traffic will be permitted through the work site.
Sidewalks will be closed to pedestrians.
City transit bus stop number eight on the Pinecrest route will be out of service but stops seven and nine are open and close by.
The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.
