Sampson performed Wednesday night where he played an original pop ballad titled Wallflower, demonstrating his vocal range.
The judges praised his performance, with Simon Cowell noting his unique stage presence, while Heidi Klum commented on his continued growth throughout the competition. The crowd’s positive reaction highlighted the impact of his performance.
Howie Mandel also shared his thoughts expressing he thinks Sampson will go all the way in the competition. Mandel also thinks that the original song Wallflower will make an appearance on Billboard charts in the near future.
The results of the semifinals will be announced Thursday night.
If Sampson advances, he will compete in the finals with five other finalists for the America’s Got Talent title and the grand prize.
