It says the early part of November will be like much of October, which was drier and warmer than usual.
There was only 19 millimeters of rain last month, compared to our average of 67 millimeters.
In terms of temperature, it was 2.6 degrees above normal.
The daily mean temperature last month was 7.8, compared the average of 5.2 Celcius.
Environment Canada says overall, the last 11 months have been warmer than normal.
